2006 Gold "Barrel Select" Pinot Noir

Marc has chosen his favorite 10 barrels for this select bottling. The Gold reflects the inner core of the vintage with an intense Burgundian profile of ripe, Bing cherry and wild strawberry. The selection of only two of the 4 clones in the vineyard produced a more intense fruit forward density and a wider flow in the middle of the mouth. Again the velvet texture whispers the long cellar life anticipated.
