2009 Estate Monopole Pinot Noir

Like the 1999 Vintage, 2009 repeated the cycle of “Wind, Fire & Water” that influenced the vineyard and produced a classic Pinot Noir. Lovely raspberry on the nose, a lush entry of cherry fruit that flows to cocoa bean leather on the sides of the tongue. The wine finishes with balance, and seems to last forever. The current youthfulness of the ’09 will pair with your choice of Grandma’s fresh cavatelli, or seafood or wild game selection. Lay this vintage down and enjoy for many, many years to come.
